The Ursulines are involved in this world and strive to be open and welcoming with regard to every person. They were founded to bear witness to God’s Covenant with His children. This constitutes the heart of their mission.

Since the beginning of the 1980’s, the Ursuline lay associations seek to respond to these aspirations.
These associations count hundreds of members wherever there are Ursulines of the Canadian Union, whether in Quebec, Japan, Peru or the Philippines.
These lay people, desiring a more profound Christian life, journey with a group of their peers and progressively discover an inner calling to reveal Christ as the Spouse of humanity, in the footsteps of Angela Merici, the foundress of the Ursulines.
